We look for builders: people who get their satisfaction from what gets built, not from typing the code. AI amplifies existing expertise. The more you understand, the better the results you get from agents.

Tasks

  • Orchestrate agents to build software, and write skills for them

  • Work test-driven

  • Run what you build: deploy, monitor, keep it healthy

  • Work across the whole ecosystem, e.g. Microservices, Kubernetes, Backend, Frontend; not necessarily all at
