Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
• Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
• Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
