  • *About The Role** We are seeking a motivated (Senior) Data Analyst (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at our Dortmund location, with the flexibility of up to 80% remote work. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the data analytics landscape within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing key insights that inform strategic decisions across departments. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs, create visualizations that make complex information accessible, and develop KPIs that serve as vital decision\-making tools. Additionally, your expertise in Python and SQL will enable you to perform advanced data analyses, uncover patterns, and support our ongoing efforts to innovate in healthcare finance.
  • *Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong educational background, ideally with a degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Statistik, BWL, or a related field. We value candidates with several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL is essential, along with the ability to visualize complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Excellent communication skills are required to confidently present insights and engage with clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive attitude, structured working style, and high initiative are critical for thriving in our innovative environment. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • *Responsibilities** * Create, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business operations and strategic planning. * Develop and implement KPIs that provide valuable insights and support company\-wide decision\-making processes. * Contribute to the design and ongoing development of our reporting infrastructure, optimizing existing structures for efficiency and scalability. * Utilize Python for advanced data analyses, uncovering complex relationships and trends within datasets. * Serve as the primary contact for customer dashboards and internal analytical requests, ensuring accuracy and clarity. * Collaborate with various departments to identify data requirements, ensuring the alignment of analytics with business goals.
