Your Role at a Glance

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the financial operations of Mastercam’s European entities. Serving as the primary finance business partner for the region, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, robust financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate requirements, and effective communication between European operations and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial results; supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making; monitoring internal controls; ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; and coordinating with external audit and tax advisors. The position also acts as a liaison between European business leaders and the U.S. headquarters finance team to ensure alignment of financial processes, reporting standards, and business objectives.
