As a Senior Controller, you create transparency for our corporate management through meaningful analyses, reports, and forecasts, and actively develop our controlling structures. Задачи:

Prepare and develop meaningful monthly and management reports as well as relevant KPIs for corporate management

Be responsible for budget and forecasting processes, including ongoing plan\-versus\-actual analyses

Conduct variance and profitability analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action

Prepare business analyses and evaluations to support management and specialist departments

Build and develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly using Power BI

Prepare and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, potential, and areas for action

Further develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes

Actively contribute to cross\-functional projects and the further development of our controlling structures

Требования:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium\-sized company

Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems

Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data\-driven corporate management

Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships

Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured way and present them clearly to different stakeholders

Very good written and spoken German skills

Strong initiative and enjoyment of questioning existing processes and actively developing them further

Attractive compensation: €70,000–€90,000 gross per year
