DuoBac is an independent learning app focused on helping Tunisian baccalaureate students master their curriculum through Flutter\-based technology. The app offers structured lessons, interactive quizzes, and drag\-and\-drop exercises to reinforce understanding and retention. DuoBac also integrates AI\-assisted feedback on written answers, giving learners targeted guidance and support. The team is dedicated to building an engaging, reliable, and pedagogically sound platform that improves outcomes for high school students preparing for their exams.
*Role Description**
As a Flutter Developer at DuoBac, you will work full time on\-site in Berlin, Germany, designing, building, and maintaining high\-quality mobile application features. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and education teams to implement intuitive user interfaces, optimize performance, and ensure a smooth learning experience for students. Your day\-to\-day work will include writing clean and testable Dart code, integrating back\-end services and APIs, troubleshooting bugs, and participating in code reviews. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, help improve development workflows, and support the continuous enhancement of the app’s learning tools and AI\-driven feedback features.
*Qualifications**
* Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
* Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably with Dart and Flutter.
* Knowledge of Back\-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs and integration with mobile clients.
* Proficiency in Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP concepts to scalable application architecture.
* Experience building and deploying Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
* Comfort working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
* Ability to work in a cross\-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from concept to release.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in edtech or interest in educational products and student learning is an advantage.
