Your tasks:
- Analyzing functional requirements and contributing to FPGA architecture decisions
- Developing RTL functions using VHDL or Verilog
- Performing functional simulations and verifying compliance of FPGA developments
- Defining synthesis and timing constraints
- Participating in the integration of FPGAs onto electronic boards
- Contributing to debugging, bring-up, and validation activities
- Taking part in design reviews and technical discussions with Electronics, Embedded Software, and Systems Engineering teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and best practices
Your profile:
- Engineering degree or a Master’s degree in Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in FPGA development
- You have solid knowledge of:
- RTL design using VHDL or Verilog
- AMD/Xilinx, Intel/Altera, or Microchip FPGA families
- Simulation, synthesis, and implementation tools
- FPGA timing closure, constraints management, and integration challenges
- Embedded electronic systems and hardware development environments
- Experience in the Space, Aerospace, Defense, or Railway industries would be considered a strong asset
- Fluency in English; fluent German is a strong advantage
