Your profile
University degree in Engineering/Physics
* 5\+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering and 3\+ years of experience in Transmission/Gearbox/Reducer development engineering
* Experience in reducer component (gear/shaft/bearings) development with suppliers
* Catia V5 Basic or intermediate skills
* Team player and excellent analytical skills.
* Very Good Communication Skills in English.
* Experience within an Asian company a plus.
Your tasks
Research gearbox system, cluctch/disconnector and its manufacturing process.
* Research differential \& bevel gear manufactuing process.
* Design on\-axis, off\-axis geartrain and differential system.
* Design gearbox component (gear, shaft, bearings).
* Design HEV clutch (multi\-plate clutch, dog clutch) system and its actuator.
* Design EV secondary drive unit disconnector and its actuator.
* Review part and assembly drawings, design concept.
* Report gearbox system design progress to the project manager.
