Global Product Manager

Role Description The Global Product Manager is a full-time Hybrid role responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for DRIM across international markets. This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, translating them into clear product roadmaps, and coordinating feature delivery with engineering and design teams. The Global Product Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product-market fit, support go-to-market activities, and optimize pricing and packaging. Day-to-day activities include analyzing product performance, conducting competitive and market research, managing the product backlog, and aligning stakeholders around key releases and enhancements. The role also requires regular communication with global customers and partners to identify opportunities, refine use cases, and ensure that DRIM continues to address the needs of industrial RFQ and tender management at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap from idea to launch.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and uncover opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, AI, and Design teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Launch new products and capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support go-to-market execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including an AI product.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Customer discovery, user research, and requirements gathering.
• Product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritisation.
• Strong understanding of product-market fit, customer journeys, and growth metrics.
• Strong customer empathy and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI, enterprise software, or industrial/manufacturing technology.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Background in engineering, data, or software development.
