Your Impact
**Plan, execute and optimise digital multichannel marketing and communication campaigns**
, focusing on email marketing, social media and other digital touchpoints
* **Develop engaging, target\-group\-specific content**
and communication activities, from creative concept to hands\-on implementation
* **Create consistent digital customer journeys**
by connecting different channels, content and formats
* **Track, analyse and report relevant marketing KPIs**
to measure campaign success and continuously improve performance
* **Create, manage and optimise website and landing page content**
in line with customer needs and communication objectives
* **Analyse digital channel performance**
and translate data\-driven insights into actionable improvements
* **Support a designated OQEMA industry segment**
with targeted marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, trade fairs, brochures, presentations and customer communications
* **Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and local marketing teams**
to support commercial and industry\-specific growth initiatives
* **Represent Group Marketing in cross\-functional digitalisation and transformation projects**
, working with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
* Contribute to
**international digital and marketing projects**
, bringing in new ideas, trends and innovative digital communication formats
Your Profile – Digital, Creative, Analytical
Degree in
**Marketing, Communications, Business Administration**
or a related field
* Approximately
**three years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or Campaign Management**
* Practical experience in
**developing and executing digital multichannel campaigns**
, ideally in a
**B2B environment or the chemical industry**
* Good understanding of
**digital customer journeys**
and how different marketing and communication channels work together
* Experience with
**Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing and marketing automation tools**
* Strong
**hands\-on mentality**
and enthusiasm for independently creating and implementing digital content and campaigns
* **Analytical mindset and interest in marketing KPIs**
, with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements
* Experience with
**Salesforce Marketing Cloud**
or comparable marketing platforms is an advantage
* **Creativity, initiative and a structured approach**
, combined with a strong focus on execution
* Excellent
**communication and collaboration skills**
in an international and cross\-functional environment
* **Fluent English (C1\) and good German (B2\)**
* Confident use of
**MS Office and common digital marketing tools**
