Groups, Meetings & Events Manager

What you’ll do…

• Lead our busy reactive groups & events team by leading by example and delivering training and support on Hoxton brand standards for all stages of our reactive quoting, contracting and planning journey.
• Have a great understanding of our operation – and support the groups & events team in training on our operation and providing tip-top handovers to the hotel teams in order to deliver incredible guest experiences.
• Work with the Director of Sales on projects and initiatives to drive conversion and identify opportunities for success.
• Provide forecasting and reporting on revenues and business levels and help turn these into strategies and understanding to support the team maximising conversion, driving revenues, and hitting targets.
• Show your keen eye for detail to use, update and train the team on our booking systems: think tracking and following up on enquiries, generating contracts, invoices and
