About this Position What you´ll do Work on several digital projects of the Schwarzkopf Retail and Professional world, including CRM, Web apps, websites and tracking Take ownership of specific digital projects and steer these independently Collaborate with global agencies, countries, brand digital teams to roll out our digital projects Design, analyze and optimize consumer journeys Support with SKP CRM campaign planning and execution Support on the SKP Loyalty Program Strategy Support the Henkel Consumer Brands global AI Technologies team in development roll-out of global platform/assistants Assist on the creation of new channels and content for the AI assistant platform and other digital channels
