We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join a team developing an AI-driven Contact Center Diagnostic solution. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on AI integration, performance, and strategic technical leadership.

This project focuses on leveraging AI for enhanced contact center diagnostics, including GPT-based summarization for rapid insight generation, AI augmentation for benchmarking and performance analysis, and automated report generation to streamline operations and deliver significant ROI.

About the Role As a Lead AI Engineer, you will define the technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and drive the implementation of advanced AI solutions.
