+ Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real\-world business and logistics use cases
+ Work with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and logistics experts to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
+ Build reliable data pipelines and feature engineering processes for training and production environments
+ Productionize machine learning models using appropriate software engineering
+ Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and potential model drift
+ Contribute to the design of machine learning platforms, APIs, and data products
+ Document models, assumptions, interfaces, processes, and results clearly
+ Support the adoption of best practices in machine learning, software development, testing, version control, and deployment
+ Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, and responsible AI
*Your profile**

+ Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
+ Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions
+ Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, statistics, and data preparation
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data or machine learning infrastructure
+ Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders
+ Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
+ Fluent English, both written and spoken
