Für unseren Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach folgender Position: Oracle DBA (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Long-term support and reinforcement of the existing DBA team,
  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all IoT-related database topics,
  • Operation, administration, and optimization of database systems in the IoT environment,
  • Ensuring database stability, performance, availability, and security,
  • Providing support for troubleshooting, incident management, and problem management,
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (IoT, Development, Operations, and Architecture),
  • Documentation of systems, processes, and operational procedures

Anforderungen:

  • Experience in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle GoldenGate,
  • Several years of experience as a Database Administrator (ideally in an enterprise environment),
  • Experience with IoT-related systems or highly available, data-intensive platforms,
  • Strong knowledge of database operations, monitoring, performance tuning, and backup and recovery,
  • Experience working with distributed teams,
  • Structured and independent approach to work,
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC),
  • Fluent English, with strong professional proficiency in spoken and written communication
