*Project Manager – Oracle Fusion:**
*Location: Hamburg (full remote or hybrid)**
*Salary: €85k\-100k \+ bonus**
*The Opportunity:**
Recann is partnering with a niche German ERP consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to join a specialist Oracle consulting and IT services organisation, delivering complex ERP transformation projects for international clients.
* This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, ERP migrations, system integrations and international rollout projects, working closely with technical specialists, solution architects and business stakeholders.
* You will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and manage end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and migration projects.
* Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope and budget.
* Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines and milestones in collaboration with solution architects and key stakeholders.
* Coordinate internal technical teams, external implementation partners and third\-party suppliers.
* Manage resource allocation, project dependencies and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams.
* Oversee migration activities, system integrations and ERP transformation milestones.
* Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
* Build strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
* Provide clear project reporting, governance and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support international ERP rollout and cloud transformation initiatives.
*Skills \& Experience Required:**
Proven experience managing
**Oracle ERP implementation, migration or transformation projects**
, ideally involving Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Strong understanding of ERP project delivery methodologies, implementation lifecycles and system integration projects.
* Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers.
* Project management certification such as PMP, or an equivalent qualification.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Experience working with Agile project methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, project risks and stakeholder expectations.
* **Fluent German and English communication skills**
