*Role Description**
*We are seeking an Organic Growth Specialist / Search Visibility Analyst to improve search visibility, attract qualified traffic, and support sustainable customer acquisition. You will analyze search performance, identify content and technical opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Development teams to drive measurable growth.**
*Key responsibilities include:**
Research keywords, search intent, audience needs, and competitor visibility.
* Develop organic growth plans aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
* Audit websites for technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, and internal linking issues.
* Optimize content, page titles, descriptions, and site structure.
* Create content briefs and identify opportunities to improve existing pages.
* Monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Analyze performance changes and recommend improvements based on evidence.
* Present findings and coordinate implementation with relevant teams.
*Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or search analytics.
* Understanding of technical SEO, on\-page optimization, content strategy, and search intent.
* Proficiency in web analytics, search performance platforms, and SEO research tools.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Ability to translate data into clear, prioritized recommendations.
* Strong writing, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML is an advantage.
