Your Responsibilities

  • Lead strategically important rotor blade projects with full responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Plan projects and manage technological and personnel resources.
  • Conduct project audits and gate reviews.
  • Provide professional reporting to stakeholders and departmental management.
  • Apply best practice approaches to ensure optimal project control and sustainable implementation.
  • Lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.

Identify improvement opportunities and market trends while ensuring compliance with quality and information security standards.

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Wind Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in medium-sized to large-scale projects.
  • Proven project management experience with a mandatory project management certification.
  • Experience in engineering and manufacturing processes within the wind energy industry, ideally with a focus on rotor blades.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills in an international environment.
  • Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and flexibility.
