Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage and control the entire project life cycle** for the respective technology platform - Apply **project management methodology** to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks - Have an **overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies** - **Cooperate with various internal business lines partners** to ensure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality - **Steer effective communication**, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement - **Establish** and **maintain** reasonable **efficiency metrics and reporting**

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A **degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science** or a related subject- At least **5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business** - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA) - Experience in **project management** - Preferably a project management certification like **IPMA** or **PMPA** - Good sense for **intercultural differences** - Excellent **English** communication skills – with German being a plus
