Take overall responsibility for the successful planning and delivery of complex customer projects with regard to schedule, cost, quality, and performance Act as the primary interface between customers, suppliers, subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior management Define and align project objectives, strategies, and technical requirements in close cooperation with customers and company leadership Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring on-time project delivery Build, lead, and develop cross-functional project teams, fostering effective collaboration and high performance Coordinate internal and external project partners, including the selection and management of subcontractors Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and opportunities while driving effective change management processes Provide regular project controlling, status reporting, and transparent communication to all relevant stakeholders
