Centum Engineering is looking for remote recruiters to source talent for our engineering and construction projects across Europe.
The role
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
- Support candidates through recruitment and onboarding.
- Keep accurate records on our recruitment platform.
- Work with our central team
- exclusively through Discord for internal communication and coordination.
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment experience, ideally in engineering or construction.
- Fluency in your local market’s language and good English.
- Strong telephone manner, computer skills and organisation.
- The ability to work independently, with a reliable internet connection.
