The Role
Lead business analysis for complex, cross\-functional initiatives within a consumer risk and payment decisioning platform, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Act as a domain expert for risk assessment, fraud prevention, and underwriting, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while influencing roadmap strategy.
Assess the impact of evolving financial regulations on system architecture, workflows, and customer journeys.
Mentor team members and contribute to the refinement of analysis frameworks and internal processes.
What You'll Need
A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
5\+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within the FinTech or financial services sector.
Strong domain expertise in payment processing, risk management, or fraud detection systems.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, including data models and system workflows, within an agile environment.
