*About The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at RxREVU, Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product and commercial analytics, helping to answer complex, open\-ended business questions with minimal guidance. You will play a critical role in analyzing how our customers—healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and payers—interact with our platform, identifying key drivers of growth, retention, and engagement. Your insights will directly influence product development, go\-to\-market strategies, and customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple teams, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
*Qualifications**
* 5\+ years of experience in analytics within fast\-paced startups, scaleups, or B2B SaaS environments, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
* Exceptional ability to analyze ambiguous business problems, frame relevant questions, and develop clear, impactful recommendations.
* Hands\-on experience with product analytics, including usage, adoption, engagement, and experimentation metrics, as well as commercial analytics such as retention, expansion, and sales funnel analysis.
* Proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience in building models and views using dbt and BI tools like Looker or similar platforms.
* Strong Python skills for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks.
* Deep familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude Code, and a habit of integrating AI into daily workflows to enhance productivity and insights.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, capable of explaining complex findings succinctly and clearly to diverse audiences.
* Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery is a plus.
* Additional bonus points for experience in marketplaces, two\-sided platforms, vertical SaaS, construction tech, procurement, or healthcare\-specific analytics.
*Responsibilities**
* Identify and prioritize key business questions related to product usage, customer growth, and revenue expansion, then develop in\-depth analyses to answer them independently.
* Map and understand how our diverse customer base interacts with our platform, including workflows, feature adoption, and early engagement patterns.
* Investigate unasked questions that could influence product development or go\-to\-market strategies, providing actionable insights that lead to meaningful changes.
* Design, build, and maintain robust dbt models and Looker views that enable self\-service analytics for team members and stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure data\-driven decision\-making across all levels of the organization.
* Develop and refine metrics and dashboards that provide clarity and support strategic initiatives, emphasizing clarity and simplicity in presentation.
* Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance analysis workflows, automate routine tasks, and generate innovative insights.
* Drive your own analytical agenda, taking ownership of projects from conception through execution with minimal supervision.
