    You’ll work directly with customers, taking projects from **problem definition through to deployment** and presenting your findings to senior stakeholders. It’s a role with **genuine ownership** , where technical quality matters far more than chasing the latest AI trend.

  • Deliver end\-to\-end **Data Science and Machine Learning projects** for customers * Analyse **messy, incomplete and real\-world datasets** * Apply **statistical analysis, predictive modelling and machine learning** techniques * Work with **tabular, time series, text and image data** * Present technical findings to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders

  • Commercial **Data Science and Machine Learning** experience * Strong understanding of **statistics, uncertainty, hypothesis testing and model evaluation** * Excellent **Python** skills and experience with modern ML frameworks * Comfortable working directly with **customers and stakeholders** * Fluent English
