transformation, and energy advisory services. This vacancy is managed

on behalf of a premium client Tasks Key Responsibilities Plan,

organise, and supervise heating and sanitary installation activities

at construction sites. Lead and coordinate teams of 3–8 technicians

and subcontractors. Ensure project quality, timelines, costs, and

safety standards. Manage site documentation and project-related

correspondence. Prepare measurements, support invoicing, and

coordinate additional work orders. Collaborate with project

management, procurement, and finance teams. Profile Essential

Requirements Qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in

HVAC, TGA, HKLS, Heating, or Sanitary Engineering, or equivalent

extensive experience as a Senior Installation Supervisor. Minimum

3–4 years of construction site management experience in heating and

sanitary projects. Proven experience leading installation teams and

subcontractors. Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and

problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. German

language proficiency at C1 level. Valid Class B driving licence.
