What you'll be doing
Define the architectural vision for multiple product lines while balancing technical health with delivery goals.
Design scalable and secure solutions across C\+\+, Java, Python, and Kubernetes\-based environments.
Drive modernization initiatives including the transition to cloud\-native and AI\-integrated architectures.
Document architectural decisions and roadmaps to guide the wider engineering organization.
Coach engineers and leads while establishing reusable patterns and reference implementations.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience as an architect for large\-scale distributed SaaS or enterprise systems.
Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns, including microservices, cloud\-native design, and security\-by\-design.
Strong technical foundation across C\+\+, Java, Python, and cloud\-stack technologies.
Practical experience integrating AI tooling and agentic coding workflows into engineering processes.
Fluency in German and English with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
