Supplier Quality & Development Specialist

Supplier Quality & Development Specialist Position Summary The Supplier Quality & Development Specialist supports a centralized corporate team focused on strengthening supplier quality and procurement capabilities across the organization. The role contributes to governance, process standardization, digitalization, data transparency, and knowledge management activities that enable Business Areas, regions, procurement teams, and supplier quality communities to work with clearer standards, better insights, and more consistent ways of working. The successful candidate will help translate process requirements into practical guidance, support reporting and analytics, coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives, and contribute to scalable methods, tools, templates, and training materials that improve effectiveness across the broader organization. Key Responsibilities Support the centralized corporate team in maintaining and improving supplier quality and procurement-related processes, standards, methods, and governance materials. Contribute to process standardization, simplification, transparency, and digitalization initiatives across supplier quality and procurement communities. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports, and data visualizations that support transparent, fact-based decision-making. Prepare process documentation, templates, guidance materials, training content, and decision-support documents for use by Business Areas, regions, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional workshops, lessons learned sessions, community exchanges, and continuous improvement activities to identify scalable improvements and share good practices. Support corporate programs and projects related to supplier quality, procurement excellence, digital tools, data quality, and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, IT, Analytics, Business Area, and regional stakeholders to align process needs, data requirements, and implementation priorities. Support knowledge transfer by shadowing senior colleagues and subject matter experts to build practical understanding of corporate supplier quality, procurement processes, governance, analytics, and digitalization topics. Help translate expert knowledge into reusable playbooks, checklists, training materials, and knowledge-sharing formats that strengthen organizational capability. Provide implementation support, guidance, and follow-up for agreed corporate initiatives while recognizing that operational execution remains with the responsible Business Area, regional, or local teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Exposure to Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, Analytics, or a related corporate functions. Understanding of supplier quality or procurement processes. Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights using Power BI, advanced Excel, or comparable analytics tools. Experience with process mapping, process documentation, standard work, governance materials, or business process improvement. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration or workflow platforms; experience with SAP, Snowflake, Qlik, JIRA, or similar tools is advantageous. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions, regions, and organizational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convert complex process information into clear, practical guidance. German language skills are advantageous. Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Lean certification, internal auditor qualification, or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
