*About the Role**We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the deployment, commissioning and launch of advanced robotics, automation and autonomous systems.
This is a hands\-on role combining Robotics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Systems Integration and Technical Leadership in large\-scale operational environments.
*Key Responsibilities**Lead onsite robotics deployment, installation and commissioning. * Coordinate engineers and cross\-functional teams during launches. * Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of robotic systems. * Manage hardware installations, firmware updates and system configurations. * Drive root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. * Manage project progress, risks and technical escalations. * Support teams through technical training and knowledge transfer. * Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement.*Your Background**Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Experience with robotics deployment, system integration, commissioning or automation projects. * Strong knowledge of robotic systems, hardware integration and troubleshooting. * Experience with AMRs, AGVs, autonomous systems, machine vision, IoT or industrial automation is a plus. * Strong leadership, communication and problem\-solving skills. * Background in logistics, manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor or automated fulfilment environments is advantageous.
