**Used Equipment Manager (m/f/d)**
The Region 2 Used Equipment Team is building a profitable, scalable used equipment business across our dealer network. By combining a clear strategy, strong certification programs, digital solutions, proactive residual value management, and transparent performance insights, we empower dealers to accelerate sales, improve profitability, and unlock sustainable growth.

In addition to the gross monthly salary, the salary for this position (full-time) consists of various special payments. **Depending on your experience, you can expect an annual starting salary of between 92 169 EUR ​​and ​​115 204 EUR in this position.**
- Your Responsibilities:**
- Implement and support Dealer Certified Used program in Region 2
- Implement Used Equipment Dealer Base Standards in Region 2
- Implement Used Equipment digital Ecosystem in Region 2
- Drive integration of Used Equipment into Sales Excellence processes at the dealers
- Drive dealer engagement and collaboration around Used Equipment across Region 2
- Lead Used Equipment trainings and business optimization workshops at dealers
- Closely collaborate with Sales organization and Dealer Development
- What Skills You Need:**
- Two or more years of relevant experience in Sales, Training and Financials
- Strong skills in data analysis, data gathering, reporting, and visualization
- Ability to translate complex financial and sales data into clear, actionable business insights
- Demonstrated critical-thinking, sound judgment and risk-based problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Understanding of Region 2 pricing and incentive processes
- What Makes You Stand Out:**
- Strong professional network across the Regional Production System, Global Production System, Finance, John Deere Financial and Sales & Marketing
- Understanding of the key challenges in John Deere’s used equipment business, their impact on the new equipment business and potential solutions
- Relevant professional experience across multiple business functions at both local and global levels, such as Production Systems, Finance, or Order Fulfillment
- Familiarity with Deere’s current leasing and rental solutions and their connection to the used equipment business
- Education:**
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
