Workforce Performance & Compensation Expert (m/w/d)

Do you understand numbers, but don't just want to create reports? Do you know the connections between payroll, remuneration, personnel costs and workforce performance and would like to develop concrete solutions from them?

Then we are looking for you as a technical expert and sparring partner for our workforce and improvement topics.

\*\*Your tasks\*\*

• Analysis and further development of relevant workforce KPIs, in particular personnel costs, sickness rate, fluctuation, availability, overtime, bonuses and performance

• Identification of cost drivers, deviations and potential for improvement

• Development, calculation and evaluation of remuneration, bonus, allowance and motivation models

• Professional evaluation of remuneration components taking into account payroll, wage tax and social security

• Contribution of in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting, supplements, benefits as well as tax-exempt, tax-privileged and taxable remuneration components

• Creation of scenarios, calculations, business cases and decision-making bases

• Development and implementation of concrete improvement actions together with workforce, operations, HR and finance

• Establishment and further development of KPI, reporting and control structures

• Implementation and support of sick return, employee and motivation interviews

• Direct exchange with employees and operations to understand causes and develop sustainable solutions

• Independent collaboration and responsibility in new workforce and operational excellence projects

• Monitoring the implementation as well as measuring and monitoring the results achieved.

The position is hybrid-oriented. Mobile working is possible, but at the same time regular personal exchange is important to us.

Depending on where you live and the project, collaboration can take place at different locations within our network of locations.

A pool vehicle can be used for necessary business trips.
